ahh, these look like japanese pancakes. i would love those right now.  i once went basically across tokyo on a weekend to get the world’s best pancakes i have ever eaten, at the grand imperial hotel in hibiya. i traveled far for those pancakes, and paid train fare, on top of the cost of any proper western food in Japan, which is usually ridiculous.  basically what i’m saying is i would go to great lengths for some of these right now
