so tonight i tried making this coffee cake in a cup recipe from prudentbaby.com, (click through for the link) and was pretty pleased! it was pretty fast, and quite yummy, although there are some things i would do differently next time:  *mix the egg better and use less egg *not microwave it for so long *use more flour and less butter in crumb topping all in all, for a quick, single-serving cake that you make in the microwave, i found it really good! you should all try it. and don’t skip the sour cream! crucial.
